Baldwin Animal Rescue Center: The organization formally known as the Baldwin County Humane Society, has changed their name to the Baldwin Animal Rescue Center (BARC). This nonprofit, mainly volunteer organization connects available pets to qualified individuals and families, and aggressively pursues a county wide spay and neuter program. James and Lauren volunteer as often as they can at the monthly pet adoptions. Lauren is currently serving on the Board of Directors. Baldwin County Trailblazers: James is a former Baldwin County Trailblazer board member. James is an avid supporter of communities developing area wide trail systems.
