The Law Office of James Dorgan, P.C. is a law firm owned by James Dorgan, an attorney, who is licensed to practice law in both Alabama and Florida. The office, which opened in 1996, is located in downtown Fairhope, in the historic Gaston Building. Although the law office may focus on a number of specific areas, it is generally regarded as a general practice, which primarily assists individuals and businesses. Anita Smith is a full time legal assistant and has been with the office since 2002. Becky Hemphill is operations manager, and supervises our condo division. Alabama State Bar Rules require the following in every attorney's advertisement: "No representation is made that the quality of the legal services to be performed is greater than the quality of legal services tobe performed by other attorneys." Our entire firm protects the confidentiality of client information. Florida requires the following for their attorney advertisements: "The hiring of a lawyer is an important decision that should not be solely based upon advertisements. Before you decide, ask us to send you free written information about our qualifications and experience." |
