Uncontested Divorce	If a couple cannot reconcile, and counseling has failed to work, Mr. Dorgan can assist with an uncontested divorce.  Mr. Dorgan can guide a spouse through the complicated areas of alimony, property division, custody and child support.   Assuming that both spouses can reasonably agree on all major issues, Mr. Dorgan can assist with the uncontested divorce on a set fee basis.  For cases where the couple cannot agree on major issues, Mr. Dorgan assists on an hourly basis, and requires a retainer before beginning substantial work on the file. $150 Initial Consultation Fee (which is then applied as a credit towards the set fee charged for an uncontested divorce)
